Tripler Army Medical Center


Originally established in 1907 inside Fort Shafter, it became known as Tripler Medical Center during World War II, when it was expanded into its current building and location adjacent to Fort Shafter.

Today Tripler Army Medical Center is the headquarters of the Pacific Regional Medical Command, and is also home to Center of Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance.
