Major Duties:

Plans and supervises the configuration, operation, and maintenance of microwave communications and technical control facilities, satellite operations control systems, large satellite earth terminals, and transportable satellite systems. Provides technical advice to commanders on the integration of telecommunications systems and networks for tactical, strategic, and commercial communications activities.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

Other Qualifications:

Normal color vision.
A security clearance of SECRET.
A U.S. citizen.
Formal training (completion of CMF 25 Advanced NCO course conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army Signal School) mandatory or waiver may be granted by Commandant, USASC&FG, Ft Gordon, GA 30905.
