What does the ASVAB score do for you, exactly? What does the higher score do for you?

I got a 92 on the Military Entrance Score, and I am curious as to what that will do for me in the army.

ASVAB Score

The higher your ASVAB score the more choices of MOSs you'll have.

Your score is good & I believe that now the Army has raised the minmum score to 50 so you should be good to go for any available MOS that you want.

+1 to the above - you also

+1 to the above - you also have a set of 'line scores' which measure your aptitude in mechanical, mathematical, general technical areas, etc. Certain MOSes require certain minimum combinations of scores to qualify. That's how the recruiter comes up with a list of jobs you qualify for which are available. Good luck!
