Howdy ya'll. I'm shipping out to Fort Benning in about 12 days and I've got a question I can't find a google answer to.
So, I took my PFT test a month ago and have been improving my scores since. I've been using the Insanity workout to increase my cardiovascular endurance. And I'm not sure if its worked, but its done heaps for getting my weight down. Any way, my question is does anyone know how much I can expect my PFT scores to increase during BCT? I would like to get into Airborne, but my run time seems stuck around 8:00/mile, occasionally 7:50. Anyone seen any remarkable improvement going through BCT?
