I don't quite understand...

...your question. If you're talking about the Army Physical Fitness Test there are 3 events - 2 mile run, 2 minutes each of sit-ups & push-ups immediately after the run. That test is standard Army regardless of MOS. Special Operations - Special Forces & Rangers, have an enhanced test. A Ranger Medic must meet Ranger standards for instance.

If you're talking about enlisting as a Medic then you just have to pass the physical exam at MEPS & meet the standard for your particular MOS. While you're waiting to ship to basic you can prepare yourself for the APFT. You'll certainly get physical training at Basic Combat Training. Being able to pass the APFT before shipping makes BCT easier.

What's MSG Glenn said is it's

What's MSG Glenn said is it's all the same for every MOS, medic is no different then infantry which is no different then cook. Here is a chart with all the different times/reps per age bracket.

You obviously don't

You obviously don't understand because you keep asking the same question and we're telling you there is nothing different you need to do to become a medic. Pass the APFT to graduate Basic and onto 68W AIT you go.

Hoss no here is no

Hoss no here is no difference. There is one standard for every MOS army wide. Thank you for making sure you understand the answer to your question! Feel free to ask as many as you like.

And furthermore...

If you want to get into shape good enough to pass the PT test before you actually ship to Basic Combat training just look at the link the KTK1029 provided. Look up your age & gender on that chart & those are the minimum scores required to pass BCT. These scores are NOT required for you to enlist in the Army.

Good luck!

Notify your Recruiter. He'll have to be made aware so he can make arrangements. You won't be able to ship if you have any ongoing health problems. It happened to my friend. We were in the Buddy Program & were supposed to ship together for the Navy but he broke his foot while waiting to go. He was held up a month.
